Abstract
Designing and analysis Internet of Things (IoT) devices faces several issues like security, huge traffic, high availability, and high reliability and energy constraints. A new distributed computing techniques, including Fog and Edge Computing (EC), software-defined networking (SDN), network virtualization and Block-chain can be utilized in IoT networks, if integrated or separately, to overcome the following difficulties while preserving device efficiency. The current network model which depends on centralized data centers is an inefficient approach for its data storage and processing due to the large gap between the data source and specified data centers. In this paper, it proposes an architecture for it that implements an edge computing and QoS of Fog nodes operated and regulated by an SDN network by providing high efficiency and availability for latency-sensitive IoT devices. A proposed network requires communication among Fog nodes in a given region, in order to allow data processing in a shared mode, thus achieves QoS and represents the maximum number of user request. The suggested architecture may have the potential in developing better network models and illustrates major advantages of Fog computing through the computer environment.
